평생학습 네트워크 평가지표 개발 연구

Abstract

사회 네트워크에 대한 관심에 비해 네트워크의 수준을 평가하는 척도개발은 미진하다. 이 연구는 사회 네트워크 이론에 근거하여 평생학습 네트워크 평가지표를 개발함으로써 조직이나 기관 차원에서 평생학습 네트워크와 관련된 사업 수행 및 성과를 개선하고, 효과성을 증진시킬 수 있는 체제를 수립하고자 착수되었다. 사회 네트워크 분석을 통해 평생학습 네트워크 평가지표를 개발하는 것이 주된 연구내용이다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 평가영역 설정, 지표 개발, 타당도 및 신뢰도 검증의 개발 단계에 따라 연구를 실시하였다.첫째, 하위영역 설정 단계에서는 선행연구 분석결과를 토대로 평생학습 네트워크 영역에 대한 개념을 정의하였다. 둘째, 평생학습 네트워크 영역별 개념을 바탕으로 지표를 개발하였으며, 내용 타당도 검증을 통하여 수정 또는 제거하였다. 셋째, 타당도 및 신뢰도 검증단계에서는 평생교육 담당자 485명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고, 수집된 자료를 바탕으로 요인분석과 신뢰도 분석을 실시하였다. 이를 통해 평생학습 네트워크 영역은 구조, 관계, 지원, 운영, 4개 영역과 20개 지표로 구성된 요인구조를 확인하였다.

This study was attempted to build a system for improving the performance in the field of lifelong learning network and enhancing the effectiveness. The purpose of this study was to develop indicators for evaluating the lifelong learning network based on the social network analysis. The study was performed in three phases: 1) Domains of the construct establishment; 2) Indicators development; 3) Validity and reliability verification. In phases 1, domains of the lifelong learning network were developed based on the literature review of previous studies. In phases 2, indicators were developed based on the result of the phases 1 and indicators were revised and deleted through the content-related validity verification. In phases 3, a survey was administrated to 485 lifelong learning practitioners. To analyze the data, correlation coefficients were calculated and factor analyses were performed. The findings confirmed that domains of lifelong learning network were consisted of lifelong learning network structure, relationship, support, and management and a factor structure was set of 20 indicators.
