의사소통 과정에 대한 연구

Abstract

이 연구의 목적은 의사소통에 나타나는 이해와 오해의 과정을 설명하는 여러 이론들을 점검하는 데 있다. 언어학, 철학, 심리학, 사회학 등 여러 분야에서 의사소통에 대한 관심을 가져왔기에 실로 많은 논의가 이뤄져 왔다. 이러한 논의가 가능한 것은 의사소통을 통해 인간의 삶이 이뤄지기 때문이다. 본고에서는 의사소통의 모델을 집중적으로 연구하였다. 기존의 의사소통 모델에서 보여주지 않았던 판단 영역을 통하여 의사소통에서 청자의 위치를 새롭게 조명하였다. 이는 의사소통 과정에서 이해와 오해가 발생하는 과정을 설명하는 데 있어서도 용이한 구조라 하겠다. 이러한 구조를 밝히는 데 있어서 커뮤니케이션학의 관점만이 아닌 언어철학적 관점을 이용하여 논의의 타당성을 구축하고자 노력하였다.

This study aims to examine the various theories relating to explaining a process of interpretation and misapprehension in communication. There has been much discussion about the communication process because of the deep interest in language, philosophy, psychology, sociology etc. The reason why there are many debates is that human life is made by communication. This paper is an intensive study on the communication model. The model sheds on the position of the listener in communication system using a new communication system, called "Decision", which wasn’t in use past. This new communication model is an easy solution to illustrate the process of interpretation and misapprehension in communication. This paper is also try to set up the feasibility of discussion through not only the communicational viewpoint but also the viewpoint of philosophy of language.
