- Abstract
- In this study, the results are summarized as follows; 1) So far in our country, green building verificationis not enough for energy use and the economy, especially for the value of green building is urgently needed a databasesystem. 2) For Needs Analysis and Recognition for green building, more than 90% people were responded, on theenvironment have had a lot of interest, especially the response was important certification law. To the problem of theimprovement were proposed the contents such as “incentives for activation”, “Promotion and advertising to the importanceof certification”, and “foreign certification transfer moderately to our country”, In particular, for the diffiusion ingreen building, ROI (return of Investment) was the most urgency of solving proposed. 3) For the analysis of socialvalues, the AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) through the pairwise comparison are as follows; Factors for the analysisof social values is the most important in improving the work efficiency, respectively. In particular, the comfortableworking environment (22.6%) for work efficiency, water savings (82.8%) in energy consumption and separate collectionof recyclable resources (37.3%) in environmental issues were shows a higher weight.
