교사관련 국내 유아수학교육 연구동향 분석

Abstract

본 연구는 유아수학교육을 위한 교사교육의 연구동향을 알아보고, 그 결과가 시사하는 교사교육의 방향과 연구과제를 제시하고자 한다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 국내 학위논문 및 학술지 논문 51편을 중심으로 연구방법, 연구의 교육목적, 교수전략, 교사교육 현황을 예비교사와 현직교사, 예비교사와 현직교사 공동연구를 대상으로 나누어 분석하고 연도별 연구의 변화를 분석하였다. 연구방법은 질적연구, 양적연구, 문헌연구로 구분하였다. 연구의 교육목적을 수학적 지식, 교수 기술, 수학교육에 대한 태도 및 인식으로 구분하여 분석하였고 그 결과 각각의 교육목적들이 중복되어 연구되었다. 교수전략으로는 강의하기, 토의하기, 반성적 저널쓰기, 워크샾이 교수전략으로 많이 활용되었다. 교사교육 현황으로는 질적연구방법과 양적연구방법이 비슷한 것으로 나타났고, 문헌연구방법은 사용되지 않았다. 연구결과 교사관련 유아수학교육이 별로 연구되지 않았다. 또한, 수행된 교사교육도 교육대학원과 학부수업 위주인 것으로 나타나, 보다 많은 교사들에게 도움을 주기 위해 확대되어야 한다. 나아가, 통합교과를 지향하여 어려운 수학을 친근하게 접근하여 가르칠 필요가 있다.

This study analyzes the general research trends of teacher-for-early-childhood mathematics education. This study; examines 51 articles in early childhood mathematics education, categorizing each article according to research method, educational purpose of study, teaching strategy, and present condition of teacher training. It also examined by era and target. The results of this study are as follows. First, concerning research type, the majority of study methods used were qualitative research, quantitative research, and literature research. Second, we analyzed the educational purpose of each study according to mathematical knowledge, teaching skills, and attitudes about mathematics education and recognition. As a result, each educational purpose was duplicated. Third, in total 13 diverse research methods were found and 5-6 teaching strategies were used together per study. Those strategies widely used today are self-reflection journal writing, consulting and discussion, lectures, and workshops. Fourth, in the present condition of teacher training, qualitative research and quantitative research methods are used similarly. The literature research method is not used.
