유치원교사의 직무스트레스에 관한 국내 연구동향 분석

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 유치원교사의 직무스트레스에 관한 국내 연구동향을 살펴봄으로써 추후 유치원교사의 직무스트레스 연구의 방향과 과제를 제시하여 체계적인 연구의 발전을 위한 기초자료를 제공하는 것이다. 이를 위해 1989년부터 2018년까지 유치원 교사를 대상으로 직무스트레스에 대해 연구한 석․박사 학위논문 65편, 등재후보 이상의 학술지 31편을 합친 총 96편의 논문을 연구대상으로 하여 연구 시기별, 연구방법별, 연구대상별, 연구내용별 동향을 살펴보았다. 그 결과 첫째, 연구 시기별 동향은 관련 연구가 지속적으로 증가함을 보였다. 둘째, 연구방법은 양적 연구가 높은 비율을 차지했고, 자료수집방법으로는 질문지법이 가장 많이 사용되었다. 셋째, 연구대상은 국․공립유치원과 사립유치원의 구분 없이 복합적으로 연구한 경우가 가장 많았고, 교사의 개인변인이나 기관변인에 따라 직무스트레스의 정도를 비교한 연구도 많았다. 넷째, 연구 내용은 개인 관련이나 수업 및 전문성과 관련된 내용이 비교적 많이 연구되었음을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 결과를 통해 향후 유치원교사의 직무스트레스 관련 연구의 발전을 위한 연구과제와 교사교육 방향의 시사점을 제시하였다.

The study aims to examine the general research trend in job stress of kindergarten teachers in order to provide basic data for the development of systematic research development foundations for further studies and present further research tasks. For this purpose, the study examines a total of 96 studies including 65 domestic graduation theses and 31 research articles published between 1989 and 2018. It also examines those studies in accordance with research chronology, methods, subjects, and contents. The results of this study are as follows. First, publications on job stress of kindergarten teachers have steadily increased. Second, in research methods, quantitative methods form a large portion. Among them, the questionnaires method was mostly used. Third, in the subjects of research, most researchers conducted integrated studies about public and private kindergarten teachers and compared the degree of job stress by teacher's personal and institutional variables. Fourth, in research contents, lots of research about teacher’s individual variables as well as class activities and professionalism have been done. Based on the above results, this study provides meaningful research tasks and the direction for teacher education programs.
