Abstract
본 연구는 유치원교사의 미술교수효능감을 조사 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 유치원교사 555명이었으며 유아 미술교수효능감을 분석하기 위한 설문지인 연구도구를 개발하고, 이를 근거로 연구자료를 수집하였다. 유치원교사의 전반적인 미술교수효능감과 인적변인에 따른 미술교수효능감을 비교하기 위해 수집된 연구 자료는 평균과 표준편차를 구하고 ANOVA, t-test. 그리고 Scheffé 검증을 통해 분석하였다. 연구결과, 유치원교사의 미술교수효능감은 전반적으로 낮은 것으로 밝혀졌으며, 교사의 연령, 학력, 근무기관, 지역, 직위, 미술교육연수 유무에 따라 집단 간에 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다.
The purpose of this study was to analyze the kindergarten teacher’s sense of art teaching efficacy. The subjects used in this study were 555 kindergarten teachers. A questionnaire was developed to investigate the kindergarten teacher’s sense of art teaching efficacy and it was used in the collection of data. The collected data were analyzed by using Mean, Standard Deviation, ANOVA, t-test and Scheffé. The results of this study indicated that the kindergarten teacher’s sense of art teaching efficacy was generally low. And it was also revealed that there were significant differences on kindergarten teacher's sense of art teaching efficacy according to their personal variables such as age, educational background, types of kindergarten, region, position and art education training.
