대학교육역량의 성과 결정요인에 관한 연구

Abstract

이 연구의 목적은 대학교육역량의 성과에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석함으로서 대학재정지원사업의 정책과 방향을 정립하고 발전 전략을 모색하는데 있다. 연구결과에 대한 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학교육역량강화사업의 추진방식인 논리모델 적용에 대한 실제적인 검증을 시도하였다는 점에서 학술적인 의의가 있다. 둘째, 본 연구를 통해서 대학의 HRD 기능에 대한 이론적인 접근과 분석을 시도하였다는 점이다. 셋째, 현재 포물러 지표 방식에 대한 한계점 분석 및 보완의 필요성을 제안하였다. 넷째, 교육역량 성과에 가장 영향을 많이 주는 요인은 1인당교육비임을 감안하여 선정 포물러 지표의 가중치 조정을 제안하였다. 다섯째, 논리모델 검증결과 매개효과가 없는 요인들에 대한 지표 재구조화 논의 필요성을 제기하였다. 여섯째, 교육역량 성과를 높이기 위해서는 교육투자를 활성화해야 한다는 점을 시사점으로 도출하였다. 일곱째, 대규모 대학의 교육역량성과가 높게 나오지 않은 점을 감안하면 대학별 상황과 특성에 맞는 적정 규모를 찾는 노력이 필요함을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the performance influence factors of higher educational competence and to establish the policy and the direction of the University Financial Support Program and its developmental strategies. Research findings suggest that: First, it is important that the application of a logical model is attempted, which is a development measure of the Enhancement of University Education Capacity Program. Second, a theoretical approach to and an analysis of universities' HRD functions were taken. Third, it analyzed the threshold of the current formula index and claimed the need to supplement. Fourth, given that educational expenses per student is the largest factor contributing to educational competence performance, it suggested an adjustment in the weights of the selection formula indicator. Fifth, it raised the need for a discussion on restructuring indicators which have no mediator effects. Sixth, it drew the revitalization of educational investment as an implication to improve educational competence performance. Seventh, given that the educational competence performances of large universities were poor, it requires efforts to discover the optimal scale of university.
