기부의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구:계획된 행동이론과 동기이론 결합모형을 토대로

Abstract

기부동기와 계획된 행동이론을 통합한 기부에 대한 동기-감정-행동모형을 구성하여 한국인의 기부행동이 이루어지는 경로를 탐색한 본 연구는 수도권 지역을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 기부의 내적 동기와 외적 동기는 기부에 대한 태도, 주관적 규범, 지각된 행동통제에 긍정적 영향을 주고 있었고, 둘째, 기부에 대한 내적 동기는 기부의도에 긍정적 영향을 주고 있었으나, 외적 동기는 부정적 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 태도와 주관적 규범은 기부의도에 유의한 영향을 주지 못하였고, 지각된 행동통제만이 부정적 영향을 주고 있었다. 넷째, 기부동기가 기부의도에 영향을 미치는 경로를 분석한 결과 태도와 주관적 규범의 기부의도에의 영향이 유의하지 않아 지각된 행동통제만을 매개로 기부의도에 간접효과를 가지고 있었다. 다섯째, 기부행동에는 기부의도와 지각된 행동통제가 긍정적 영향을 미치고 있었던 반면, 태도와 주관적 규범은 영향을 미치지 못하였다. 여섯째, 기부의도에 개인적 행복감, 사회적 책임감, 종교적 신념이 긍정적 영향을 미치고 있었다.

This research is based on surveys done in the capital and surrounding regions about the Korean donation behavior and the motive-emotional-behavioral model, the combination of donation motive and planned behavioral theory. In result, the internal and external motive of donation in effect, gave positive influence in realized behavioral control, attitude and subjective rules. Next, internal motive in donation gave positive influence while external gave negative influence. Third, attitude and subjective rules did not influence donation intentions and realized behavioral control was the only negative factor. Fourth, after an analysis was done on donation motive and its influence on donation intentions, no significant influence was discovered with the exception of realized behavioral control which had indirect influence. Fifth, Donation intentions and realized behavioral control effected donation behavior positively while attitude and subjective rule did not have any effect. Sixth, in personal happiness of donation intentions, social responsibility and religious belief had positive effects.
