- Abstract
- The band gap pressure coefficient of CuInTe2 at room temperature has been measured to be 53 meV/GPa in contrast to the value of 22 meV/GPa reported previously by Gonzalez and Rincon (J. Phys. Chem. Solids, 51 (1990) 1093). The new coefficient is in good agreement with the theoretical value predicted by Wei et al. (Phys. Rev. B, 58 (1998) R1710). (C) 2001 Elsevier Science Ltd.
