국내 E-비즈니스 물류기업의 경영성과 분석

Abstract

최근 E-비즈니스 기업들의 물류 영역이 확대됨에 따라 E-비즈니스 기업과 물류기업 간 경계가 점차 사라지고 있다. 최근의 E-비즈니스 기업들은 물류사업이 융합된 ‘E-비즈니스 물류기업’으로 진화하고 있으며, 전통적인 물류업체와의 경쟁이 치열해지고 있다. 본 연구를 통하여 E-비즈니스 물류기업과 물류기업간의 경영성과를 비교하고자 한다. 경영성과의 비교분석을 통해서 E-비즈니스 물류기업의 물류인프라 구축 및 경영활동을 통한 매출 효율성 평가와연도별 분석을 통하여 물류기업과의 경쟁력을 확인할 수 있다. 분석결과 상대적으로 물류기업의 매출 성과가 E-비즈니스 물류기업에 비하여 높은 것으로나타났다. 물류기업이 이미 구축한 인프라로 인하여 지속적으로 매출을 창출하고 있으나, 최근의 E-비즈니스 물류기업의 경우 물류인프라에 대한 막대한 투자를 진행하고 있다. 이로 인하여 영업비용 및 부채의 증가로 매출 효율성이 낮게 측정된 것으로 설명된다. 기업 규모 및현재의 경영 상태에 맞는 적절한 물류 서비스의 선택과 조정을 통하여 수익성의 개선이 필요하다. 하지만, 이러한 효율성의 차이는 얼마 지나지 않아 개선될 것이라 여겨지며, 향후 E-비즈니스 물류기업의 미래가 기대된다.

Purpose : E-business companies are expanding their logistics business. So the boundaries between e-business and logistics companies are disappearing. Recently, e-business companies are evolving into a "E-business logistics company" that is a fusion of logistics business. The purpose of this study is to compare the business performance of e-business logistics companies with logistics companies. Research design, data, methodology : In this paper, we analyze the business performance between e-business logistics companies and logistics companies. DEA analysis was used. And Data used financial data such as non-current assets, operating costs, debt cost and sales. Results : As a result of the analysis, it is found that the business performance of the logistics companies is higher than that of the e-business logistics companies. E-business logistics companies are investing heavily in the logistics sector. It is explained that business performance is low due to increase of operating cost and debt cost. Conclusions : It is necessary to improve profitability through selection and adjustment of logistics services appropriate to company size. However, this efficiency gap will soon improve.
