Abstract
본 연구는 유아를 위한 스토리텔링 현대미술 감상교육 프로그램이 유아의 창의성과 미술감상능력 및 미술표현능력에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 경기도에 위치한 S유치원의 만 4세 유아 48명(실험집단 24명, 비교집단 24명)으로 선정하였다. 프로그램의 개발 절차는 문헌고찰, 인식 및 요구 조사, 시안구성 및 1차 전문가 협의, 예비연구, 2차 전문가 협의 및 최종 프로그램 개발의 과정으로 이루어졌다. 실험처치는 2017년 4월부터 7월까지 12주 동안 이루어졌고, 실험집단은 스토리텔링 현대미술 감상교육 프로그램을 적용하였으며, 비교집단은 누리과정을 토대로 구성한 명화중심의 일반적 미술감상활동을 적용하였다. 실험집단과 비교집단의 변화를 알아보기 위해 독립표본 t검증을 실시하였다. 연구결과 스토리텔링 현대미술 감상교육 프로그램을 경험한 실험집단의 유아들은 창의성, 미술감상능력, 미술표현능력의 총점에서 유의미한 변화가 있었다. 이를 통해 스토리텔링 현대미술 감상교육 프로그램이 유아 미술감상교육을 위한 효과적인 방법임을 알 수 있었다.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of a storytelling contemporary art appreciation education program for young children on their creativity, art appreciation ability and art expression ability. The subjects of this study were 48, 4-year-old children (24 experimental group, 24 comparison group) in S kindergarten located in Gyeonggi–do. The program development process consisted of literature review, cognition and demand research, draft development and first expert consultation, preliminary research, second expert consultation and final program development. The experimental procedure was performed for 12 weeks from April to July 2017. In the experimental group, a storytelling contemporary art appreciation education program was applied. In the comparison group, a general art appreciation education activity based on Nuri education course was applied. To investigate the changes of the experimental group and comparison group, independent samples t-test was performed. The results of this study showed that the children of the experimental group showed meaningful changes in total score of creativity, art appreciation ability and art expression ability. Through this study, it was found that a storytelling contemporary art appreciation education program is an effective method for teaching art appreciation.
