대학생의 셀프리더십이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향: 진로결정자기효능감과 고용가능성의 매개효과

dc.description.abstract본 연구는 대학생의 셀프리더십과 진로준비행동의 영향관계를 파악하고, 이 관계에서 진로결정자기효능감과 고용가능성의 매개효과를 실증적으로 검증하는데 목적을 두었다. 이러한 연구목적의 달성을 위해 변인들 간의 영향관계를 설정한 구조모형이 적합한지와 대학생의 학년(저학년, 고학년)에 따라 구조모형의 경로차이가 존재하는지를 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 7개 대학교 대학생 481명을 대상으로 구조방정식 모형분석과 다중집단분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과를 정리하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연구모형의 검증결과 대부분 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 셀프리더십은 진로결정자기효능감, 고용가능성, 진로준비행동에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 진로결정자기효능감도 고용가능성과 진로준비행동에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 하지만 고용가능성은 진로준비행동에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 둘째, 진로결정자기효능감의 매개효과는 셀프리더십과 진로준비행동, 셀프리더십과 고용가능성의 관계에서 유효하였다. 반면, 고용가능성의 매개효과는 유효하지 않았다. 셋째, 학년에 따라 연구변인들 간의 경로차이가 존재하여, 학년의 조절효과가 유효한 것으로 나타났다. 즉 저학년(1, 2학년)은 진로결정자기효능감을 고학년(3, 4학년)은 고용가능성을 개발시켜야 적극적인 진로준비행동 차원에서 바람직함이 증명되었다. 이러한 연구결과들을 바탕으로 대학생의 진로발달과 취업준비를 위한 실제적 시사점을 제시하였다.-
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this research was to examine the influence of university students’ self-leadership upon career preparation behavior, and also to verify the mediating effect of career decision self-efficacy and employability. For this, the suitability of structural model that establishing the influential relationship among variables was examined, together with whether or not there was path difference according to university students’ school years(the lower years, the upper years). With 481 students at seven universities as study subjects, structural equation model analysis and multi-group analysis were carried out. Study findings are as follows. First, self-leadership had positive influence upon career decision self-efficacy, employability, and career preparation behavior. Career decision self-efficacy also had positive influence upon employability and career preparation behavior. Second, the mediating effect of career decision self-efficacy was valid in the relationship between self-leadership and career preparation behavior and between self-leadership and employability. Third, there was path difference among study variables according to school years, and therefore the moderating effect of school years seemed to be valid. In other words, from the aspect of active career preparation behavior, it is necessary for the lower-year students(first and second year) to develop career decision self-efficacy, whereas for the upper-year students(third and fourth year), it is necessary to develop employability. Based on the above study findings, practical suggestions were presented for university students’ career development and employment preparation.-
