- Abstract
- Purpose: The purpose of this research is to investigate each influence relationship on the enjoyment, the sense of ‘presence’, and the degree of sustainable use of the ‘presence’ experience through e-sports relay.
Method: To do this, we used online surveys to collect data. In addition, the analysis of the research model was conducted using statistical analysis.
Results: First, enjoyment and flow could be seen as a meaning that it is important for the user to prepare the relay contents to experience the ‘presence’, because of the nature that leads to the intention of continuous use of the e-sports relay service. Second, it was confirmed by the result of this research that e-sports relay service leads not only to ‘presence’, but also to fun, interest and pleasure to a level of flow to the extent that it is greatly felt. Third, it was found that the flow factor voluntarily encompassed the intention of continuing the relationship with the flow target meaning my limitation, and it plays a role as a major variable.
Conclusion: The importance of ‘presence’ experience of e-sports relay service which can induce pleasure, commitment, and intention of continuous use is proved. And this is highly recommended to be reflected in relay contents.
