청소년활동과 비행 간의 경로모형 검증 -자기효능감, 적응유연성, 진로성숙도를 중심으로-

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 청소년활동, 자기효능감, 적응유연성, 진로성숙도가 비행에 어떠한 과정을 거쳐 영향을 미치는지 변인 간의 경로를 규명하여 경로모형을 검증하고 자기효능감과 적응유연성의 매개효과를 살펴보는데 있다. 이러한 목적에 따라 J지역 학교와 청소년수련시설 및 청소년활동진흥센터에서 청소년활동에 참여하고 있는 중, 고등학교 청소년 317명을 대상으로 연구가 진행되었다. 연구는 첫째, 경로계수와 적합도 지수가 유의미하여 경로모형이 유의미하게 검증되었다. 둘째, 청소년활동은 자기효능감과 적응유연성에 직접적인 영향을 미치고, 진로성숙도를 통해 비행에 간접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 자기효능감과 적응유연성은 청소년활동과 진로성숙도간에 있어서 유의미한 매개효과가 있음이 검증되었다. 이러한 결과에 근거하여, 청소년비행 예방에 청소년활동 참여뿐만 아니라 자기효능감과 적응유연성 같은 심리적 요인에 대한 개입이 필요하다는 것을 확인하였고, 이와 더불어 진로성숙도가 청소년비행 예방에 중요한 변수라는 것을 검증할 수 있었다. 또한 이 결과를 토대로 논의 및 후속연구를 제안하였다.

The study aims to define the paths through which youth activities, self-efficacy, resilience, and career maturity affect delinquency, and determine their effects. The study also aims to verify the path model of each factor and examine the mediator effects of self-efficacy and resilience. In line with this objective, the study conducted a survey on 317 middle and high school students who have been participating in schools, youth facilites and youth service centers in Jeju province. The first finding of the study confirmed that the path coefficient and suitability index were significant, indicating that the path model was also significant. Second, youth activities had direct effects on self-efficacy and resilience, while having indirect effects on delinquency through career maturity. Third, self-efficacy and resilience were confirmed to have meaningful mediator effects on youth activities and career maturity. Based on these findings, the study confirmed that psychological factors such as self-efficacy and resilience are necessary on top of youth activities participation in prevention of delinquency. In addition, the study verified that career maturity is a crucial variable in prevention of delinquency. Future studies were suggested on the basis of the study's findings.
