농어촌청소년 삶의 질의 영향요인 분석

Abstract

본 연구에서는 농어촌청소년의 삶의 질을 파악하고 생태체계적 관점에 따라 환경적 맥락을 개인체계, 미시체계, 외체계, 거시체계로 나누어 삶의 질에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 확인하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 청소년방과후아카데미 농산어촌형 10개 기관에 참여하고 있는 청소년 342명의 설문지를 분석하였으며, 변량분석, 상관관계분석, 위계적 회귀분석 등을 활용하였다. 그 결과 농어촌청소년의 삶의 질은 7점 척도에서 평균 4.98점으로서 ‘중’ 이상으로 나타났다. 그리고 학업성취, 부모의 사회경제적 지위, 가족지지, 친구지지, 교사지지, 청소년지도자의 지지, 청소년시설의 이용 및 거리정도, 지역사회에 대한 인식 등이 삶의 질과 유의미한 상관관계를 보였다. 위계적 회귀분석 결과, 농어촌청소년의 삶의 질에 영향을 미치는 요인은 미시체계에서는 친구지지, 가족지지, 교사지지 순이었으며 외체계에서는 청소년시설의 이용 및 거리정도 등으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 농어촌청소년의 삶의 질을 높이기 위해서는 먼저 이들의 친구관계 특징을 이해하는 것이 선결과제이다. 또한 가족지지 강화를 위해 여가시간을 활용한 부모자녀 관계개선 프로그램 운영과 정부의 적극적인 지원이 요구된다. 동시에 지역사회 기반시설을 이용하여 부모교육 기회 확대를 고려할 필요가 있다. 문화복지를 위한 서비스의 다변화도 모색해야 할 것이다.

This study aims at analyzing the factors influencing quality of life of rural youth based on ecosystem with self-system, microsystem, exosystem and macrosystem. The quality of life of rural youth were surveyed with 342 adolescents who participated in the rural after school academy. The data was analyzed using analysis of variance, correlation analysis, and hierarchial regression analysis. The results of the study were summarized as follows. First, the average of overall the quality of life of rural youth was 4.98(SD=1.22). This level is above normal. Next, their gender, age, family-support, friend-support, school teacher-support, youth worker-support, supplement of youth-facility, using and distance of youth-facility and cognition about their own community had positive correlation with the quality of life. Finally, the result of hierarchical regression analysis showed that friend-support, family-support, teacher-support in microsystem affected the quality of life significantly. And using and distance of youth-facility was an important factor in ecosystem. On the basis of this results we need to understand characteristics of friend-relationship of rural youth. And it is important to consider programs for parents-youth relationship, their institutional support from government for the purpose of expanding opportunities of parents educations. Youth worker should offer services with local facility to overcome regional limitation. Culture welfare in rural community also should change variously.
