베이징 중학교 축구지도자들의 지도체험에 관한 연구

Abstract

The target of this research is studying the way how football coaches from middle schools in Beijing train their teams by using quality attice research, and analyzing the problems they find in their training processes. The participators of this research are ten football coaches who used to be football players. And there are two phases of this research, first, collecting information by using nonstructural interview and semi-structural interview then make questionnaires to acquire more specific information. Second, classifying and analyzing the information and get concrete conclusion. The suggestion and conclusion are as follows; Frist, they begin to accept the role of a trainer but there are still problems like lack of experience, the deviations between theory and performances and the obstacle of selecting team members etc. Secondly, the coaches are focus on learning professional knowledge of football trainer and absorb the proposal given by their precursors. Thirdly, their work shift to give education of humanity to athletes and help them on psychological problems, and training is mostly based on intrusting and preferences. Fifth, as the member of social education, the coaches experienced passion, worthiness and sense of accomplishment about football as they encouraged and improved the health of the students, which is far greater than a material reward
