- Abstract
- The purpose of this study attempts to analyze the pattern of tracking influenced by the spatial structure in museum layouts. A case study is performed with analyzing the spatial structure of the sample museums and the visiter's itinerary. The sample include Chungju National Museum, Taegu National Museum and Pusan Municipal Museum of Art. Syntactic variables such as connectvity, visibility and the overall pattern of integration and intelligibility of their layouts modulate the pattern of visiter's exploration over and above the influence of exbits.
