說得 意思疏通에 대한 認知的 分析 - 프레임 變化를 이끄는 說得的 要素 分析 -

Abstract

이 연구의 목적은 意思疏通 상의 설득적 구조를 인지 이론을 바탕으로 분석해 보는 데 있다. 설득적 의사소통의 성공과 실패의 양상을 프레임 이론과 인지적 균형이론을 중심으로 밝혀보고자 한 것이다. 프레임 이동을 통한 설득의 과정을 인지적 균형이론을 통해 구체화해 보고자 하였는데 인지 균형 이론은 態度 變化를 이끄는 이성적, 감정적 요인에 대한 이론이기 때문에 프레임 이동을 설명하는 데 중요한 示唆點을 주기 때문이다. 인지적 균형 이론에 따르면 사람들은 자신의 생각과 다른 정보를 취했을 때 인지적으로 부조화한 상태에 빠지게 되고, 이를 조화롭게 하기 위해 자신의 생각을 변화시키게 된다는 것이다. 이러한 생각의 변화는 내부적 合理性에 근거하며 이러한 합리성을 이뤄가는 데 있어 이성뿐 아니라 감정적 요인이 크게 작용함을 이 이론은 說明하고 있다. 이러한 이론을 바탕으로 프레임의 이동에 관여하는 이성과 감정의 역할을 사례를 통해서 살펴보았다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the persuasive structure in communication based on cognitive theory. It is to find out the aspects of successful and unsuccessful persuasive communication, focusing on the frame theory and the cognitive consistency theory. The vague way of moving the actual frames does not clarify why the movement and agree- ment is involved in persuasion. These limitations were to be studied through the cognitive consistency theory, but because the cognitive con- sistency theory is a theory about rational and emotional factors that lead to change in the attitude, which gives the important implications in explaining the movement of frames. According to the cognitive consistency theory, people will be cognitively stuck in discordant when they are introduced to other infor- mation which differs from their thoughts, and in order to cope with this, they change their own thoughts. This theory explains that the shift in the way they think is based on the internal reasonableness, and in building the reasonableness, reason as well as emotional factors are largely at work. Based on these theories, this study have been done through cases about the role of reason and emotion involved in the movement of the frames.
