Abstract
본 연구는 하이드로싸이클론, 침전 및 부상법 등의 전처리기술을 이용하여 준설퇴적물 처리의 적합성을 파악하고 이를 통한 pilot 규모 처리설비의 설계인자를 제시하고자 수행하였다. 준설퇴적물의 입자분리를 위하여 하이드로싸이클론을 운전한 결과 고형물함량과 유압압력이 분리효율에 큰 영향을 미쳤다. 미세준설토는 응집제 주입을 통하여 침강특성을 파악하였는데, Al(2)SO(4) · 18H(2)O 40 mg/L에서 최적의 제거효율을 나타내었다. 준설토 침출수 내 질소와 인의 동시제거를 위한 MAP 실험결과 최적 주입물비는 마그네슘의 물비를 암모늄 및 인산염의 2.0~3.0배 주입하는 것이 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 부상시스템의 부상농축 효율은 가압수 주입비 30%>40%>20%의 순으로 나타났다.
The objectives of this study are to test the feasibility of treating dredged sediments using a pretreatment process (hydro- cyclone, sedimentation, and flotation), and to estimate design for a pilot-scale test. A hydrocyclone was operated to separate larger particles from the sediments. It was found that the particle separation was greatly affected by the solid contents and inlet pressure in the hydrocyclone. The settling characteristics of the fine-grained sediments was investigated using coagulant dosage. The results were obtained with coagulant dosage of 40 mg/L Al(2)SO(4) · 18H(2)O. The magnesium ammonium phosphate (MAP) precipitation was studied for simultaneous removal of nitrogen and phosphorus from the sediment leachate. Removal of nitrogen and phosphorus was high when the magnesium molar ratio was used at 2.0-3.0. In addition, the effect of pressurized liquid ratio in flotation system was in the order of 30% > 40% >20%.
