공공 건축공사 간접노무비 산정기준에 관한 연구

Abstract

Recently, the unit cost estimating system which uses previous bid costs of work items has been adopted as a new way to estimate and predict direct cost of public building construction projects in Korea. The new estimating system is not considering the direct labour cost separately. Therefore, the existing indirect labour cost estimating standard, which is based on the proportion of indirect labour cost to direct labour cost, issued by the Korea government in 1989, is facing a major change.This study presents new estimating method for indirect labour cost using regression analysis. The study also presents the proportion of direct labour cost to direct cost to apply the current indirect labour cost estimating standard.
