- Abstract
- This study was conducted to suggest a quantitative standard of decision making by improving qualitative problems of standard of decision making of the existing business feasibility study. In order to do these, this study extracted the evaluation subject for business feasibility study, developed its hierarchical structure and utilized an AHP technique; then, it summarized the standard of decision making through the survey of groups of experts as in the following. : 1) Hierarchical structure of items of decision making was developed through the studies of preceding researchers and relevant documents. 2) Based on the developed hierarchical structure, the importance value and decision value were obtained for each hierarchical structure utilizing the AHP technique through the survey of experts. 3) Through the formation of scores by developer's evaluation by marks, real estate developers suggested a final "standard of decision making" that determines whether the business would be promoted. 4) Lastly, the efficiency has been confirmed since the application of the developed standard of decision making was corresponding to the actual results of business.
