- Abstract
- 행동중독의 한 유형이라고 볼 수 있는 인터넷중독성향 청소년들의 기질적 특성을 알아보고, 6개의 중독 후보유전자(5-HTTLPR/ DRD2 TaqI/DRD4/DAT1/COMT/NET)들의 유전자형과 대립유전자들의 빈도분포를 비교 분석한 결과, 청소년의 인터넷중독을 야기하는데에 Cloninger의 NS, HA 기질적인 요인이 관련되었고, 인터넷 중독성향군 내에서 유전자 다형성에 따른 기질 척도 점수를 비교한 결과, NET-8가 자극추구 점수와 연관성을 보였다. 향후 본 연구 결과에 대한 추시 및 보다 큰 집단을 대상으로 한 다양한 유전자형에 대한 체계적인 연구가 필요하다고 본다.
