- Abstract
- InSe 박막을 단일전구체인 [(Me)$_2$In($\mu$-SeMe)]$_2$를 사용하여 저압 유기금속 화학 기상 증착법으로 성장시켰다. 여기 레이저 광과 InSe내 M$_1$ 형태 쌍곡 여기자 사이의 공명 현상에 의한 라만 모드의 세기 증가를 관측하였고, 이로부터 M$_1$ 여기자의 온도계수와 재결합 에너지를 측정하였다.
