- Abstract
- 배경 : 최근 tumor necrosis factor- (TNF- )의 촉진자 부위에 있는 두 개의 유전자 다형성이 발견되었고 이는 nucleotideposition -308과 -238에서의 G→A 변이이다. 이러한 유전자 다형성과 인슐린 내성, 비만의 상관성이 여러 인종에서 연구되었다.이에 본 연구에서는 제 2형 당뇨병 환자와 정상 대조군을 대상으로 TNF- 유전자의 촉진자 부위에서의 다형성이 제 2형 당뇨병의 병태생리에 관여하는지 알아보고자 하였다.방법 : 제 2형 당뇨병 환자 198명과 정상 건강대조군은 169명을 대상으로 하였다. TNF- -308과 -238에서의 G→A 다형성은한 검체당 2개의 PCR tube가 사용되도록 고안한 다중 amplifica-tion refractory mutation system (ARMS) 방법을 사용하였다.
