診斷 對象 公共言語의 範疇 擴張에 관한 硏究

Abstract

이 연구에서는 먼저 公共言語 診斷 事業의 背景과 經過를 간략히 살피고, 새로운 診斷 對象 범주로 公共機關 누리집 첫 畫面의 言語와 政府機關 트위터의 言語를 제안하였다. 공공기관 누리집 첫 화면의 언어는 過去부터 持續的으로 改善 要求가 있었음에도 불구하고 현재까지 개선이 이루어지지 않은 공공언어의 한 유형으로 판단했기 때문에 진단이 필요하다고 보았다. 정부기관 트위터의 언어는 종이 매체에 비해 SNS로 더 많은 정보가 유통되고 있는 현실에도 불구하고 政府機關 言語로서의 公式性이 상당히 결여되어 있기 때문에 진단이 필요하다고 보았다. 더불어, 이들 유형의 언어에 대한 구체적인 진단을 위해 診斷 範圍와 診斷 主體, 그리고 診斷 基準의 大綱을 提示하였다. 이 연구에서 제시한 진단 대상으로서의 공공언어 범주는 기존의 공공언어 진단에서 診斷의 對象이 되지 않았던 것이지만, 言語 使用 環境이 변화한 점을 고려할 때 진단이 필요한 領域이라 판단된다.

It is the aim of this paper to uncover new fields in which public languages diagnoses must be administered, and to present a diagnostical plan for the mentioned field. To this end, it first summarizes background and progress of public language diagnoses. Furthermore, public survey results and the shortcomings of public language pointed out in previous research were put under consideration to uncover new public language that require a diagnosis. The language of start pages of government agencies and the Twitter feeds of government agencies were proposed. On the grounds that language on the start pages of websites have been previously examined, along with press releases, but have never been subject to further improvement. And also because, that even though in our times more information is shared through the internet than traditional publications, the tweets of government agencies lack formality. Finally, it presents a rough plan for aforementioned language by way of suggesting the scope, the agent, and the rubric for the diagnosis. The fields proposed in this study were previously not considered as fields of public language in diagnoses, but as language use has changed, it is thought that those fields must also be diagnosed.
