- 건축시기2005년 10월명칭내리마 구립 토요타마 고령자 센터구조철근콘크리트+지상 3층부지1622m²건축면적792m² 개관시간오전9시-밤9시30분대상자60세 이상 해당 구민사례 노인종합복지관을 체계적으로 살펴보기 위해 연구자 3인이 공간별로 조사된 특성을 로튼의 욕구에 근거한 환경지원성 특징 분류 및 머사의 사용자 이득기준에 근거하며 분석하였다. 노인종합복지관의 공간별 상황은 다음의 그림 4와 같다.
