블로그를 활용한 지식경영시스템 구축사례에 대한 연구

Abstract

최근 들어 웹 2.0이 이슈화 되면서 웹2.0의 특성을 잘 나타내주는 블로그가 여러 미디어를 대체할 새로운 매체로 각광받기 시작했고, 경영분야에서도 블로그를 활용하는 사례가 늘고 있다. 지식경영에 있어서도 블로그는 여러 가지 기능과 특성들로 인해 지식경영시스템 성과에 미치는 영향요인들에 긍정적인 영향을 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 본 연구는 ‘개방ㆍ참여ㆍ공유’의 가치를 지닌 웹 2.0의 시대를 맞이하여 지식경영시스템이 새로운 방향으로 개선되어야 할 필요성을 느끼고, 웹 2.0의 대표적 주체라 할 수 있는 블로그를 활용한 지식경영시스템에 대한 성공사례를 분석하고자 한다. 지식경영시스템에 블로그를 활용한 블로그형 KMS는 사용의 편이성이 높아지고, 지식의 등록, 검색, 정보공유 및 커뮤니케이션이 쉬워지고 활성화되며, 또한 지식의 품질이 향상되어 지식경영시스템 사용자 만족도를 높임으로써 지식경영의 성과를 향상시킬 수 있다.

Blog, which is well characterized by WEB 2.0, is recently being spot-lighted as the alternative scheme of various media and many find the business opportunities in this new practice of communication. These multi-functioning and various characteristic tools are expected to bring positive impact on the factors that significantly affect effectiveness of KMS. This study is to analyze the successful Knowledge Management Systems which uses blog - the representative tool in the era of Web 2.0 standing on ‘openness, participation, collaboration’ - in order to find the way to improve Knowledge Management Systems. Blog based KMS does not only provide convenient way to users but also make them easy to register, search and share the knowledge and information. In addition, the quality of the information and the degree of satisfaction and usage are enhanced through this new communication tool - blog, therefore companies are able to maximize their effect of KMS.
