- Abstract
- The purpose of this paper was to find the effects of exercise experiences on back pain and delivery self efficacy. Data was collected by self-report from 948 pregnant, the questionnaire contents were exercise experience, back pain existence and intensity, delivery self efficacy. The data analysed pearson correlation and ANOVA by SPSS WIN 12.0. As the results, there was no significant with exercise experience of before pregnant and during pregnant. But the pain intensity was statistically significant with exercise participation time and frequency. Also, there was statistically significant to exercise experience on delivery self efficacy.
