높이규제를 위한 시곡면분석 적용방안에 관한 연구 - 아산시 경관지구를 중심으로

Abstract

There are many factors to consider in case of designating the landscape district in land use. The height regulation among the factors, is the critical factor because it affect to the size of development. We assumed that it would be useful to vary the regulation in the landscape district according to the distance between the view points and views. and also to realize the purpose of landscape district. This paper aimed to provide the standard of the building height regulation using GIS system analyzed the altitude and distance between the view points and the views. The effectiveness of this result has verified through applying to the case of Asan-shi which tried to establish the landscape district. We can suggest that it is possible to vary the limit of height regulation in landscape district where the regulation is generally under 3 stories
