dc.description.abstract | 본 연구는 청도반시 품종에 에틸렌을 처리하여 연화 과정에서 나타나는 과육 및 과피 조직의 변화를 해부학적인 측면에서 구명하고자 수행하였다. 청도반시 품종은 과실의 가장 외부로부터 한 층의 외표피와 13층의 아표피, 과육 조직으로 구성되어 있고, 아표피층과 과육조직의 사이에서 석세포가 관찰되었다. 에틸렌 발생제 처리구에서는 처리 7일후에 외표피층과 아표피층의 세포에서 대부분의 탄닌이 사라졌으며, 일부 액포막과 결합한 작은 구형의 탄닌만이 관찰되었다. 그러나 무처리구는 처리전의 과실과 차이가 없었고, 여전히 외표피층과 아표피층에서 탄닌이 관찰되었다. | - |
dc.description.abstract | This study was conducted to examine the influence of ethylene on the anatomical changes of fruit tissue in Cheongdobansi persimmon. Microscopic studies revealed that Cheongdobanshi fruit consisted of 1 layer of outer epidermis, 1 to 3 layers of hypodermis, and parenchyma tissue from outer to inner section. Stone cells existed between hypodermis and parenchyma tissue. When persimmon fruit was treated with ethylene, most of tannin cells disappeared and only small spherical tannins bound to vacuolar membrane was observed after 7 days. Little changes in the distribution of tannin cells from the control fruit were observed. This result indicates that large tannin cells remained between epidermis and hypodermis. | - |
