창업대학원 교육프로그램 개선방안에 관한 연구 -학습자 특성에 따른 차이를 중심으로-

Abstract

본 연구는 5개 창업대학원의 창업교육 현황 및 운영 실태를 조사하여 개선방안을 도출하는데 목적이 있다. 먼저, 해외 주요국의 창업교육 프로그램과의 비교를 통해 창업 대학원의 교육개선방안을 모색하였으며 다음으로 창업대학원 학습자를 창업자와 예비 창업자, 기존 창업교육 유경험자와 무경험자로 분리하여 교육내용, 교수 및 학습방법, 교수 및 강사, 교육환경 등에 대하여 분석하였다. 본 연구의 분석결과를 정리해보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 창업대학원 학습자의 특성이 매우 다름에 따라 학습자를 창업경험여부 및 창업교육 수강 경험 유, 무에 따라 분리하여 만족도 및 교육 효과를 높여 줄 수 있는 방안이 강구되어져야 할 것이다. 둘째, 창업교육에 대한 만족도가 그리 높지 않았으며 통계적으로 유의한 차이는 없었으나 특히 현재 창업을 하고 있는 학습자에게 만족스러운 교육 효과를 거두지 못하는 것으로 나타나 창업대학원만의 차별화된 경쟁력을 갖추고 창업대학원의 교육방향을 정립하는 것이 매우 시급한 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 창업대학원 교육 프로그램의 적정 수강인원, 교육시간, 강의방식 및 개설희망과목 등에 대한 학습자들의 요구사항과 의견을 정리하고 분석해 본 결과 창업교육 및 창업경험 유, 무에 따라 강의방식, 개설희망과목 등에 있어서도 차이를 보여 창업교육방법, 내용, 방식, 과목 등에 있어서도 이러한 점을 충분히 고려하여야 할 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 창업대학원 학습자를 창업경험 및 창업교육 유, 무에 따라 분리하여 교육 실태를 조사, 분석하여 향 후 창업교육 프로그램 설계에 있어서는 창업교육 학습자의 특성을 고려하여야 한다는 점을 제시하고 있다. 향 후 연구에서는 학습자의 차이에 따라 차별화하여 적용할 수 있는 효과적인 교육 프로그램에 대한 연구가 기대된다.

The Graduate School of Entrepreneurial Management(GEM) should be one of major education center for facilitating entrepreneurship. The purpose of this study is to present more effetive model of entrepreneurship education in the Graduate School of Entrepreneurial Management. So this study evaluate the current educational program by surveying the GEM students' opinion for the GEM's Educational Program Improvement, and compared the entrepreneurship program of GEM with the same program of foreign country. Results of this study were summarized as follows: First, GEM'S entrepreneurship education must have serious consideration that student are multifarious. So It is necessary that entrepreneur and reserve entrepreneur classify into different group. Second, satisfactory degree of entrepreneurship education of GEM is not sufficient as compared with outside entrepreneurship education institute. Therefore GEM may have to concentrate fundamental program that competitive and differentiate program from another education institute. The most important role of GEM's education program is facilitator to have ambitious entrepreneur and specialist in entrepreneurial management.
