- Abstract
- Future housing trends require green and healthy with automatic control for them. Bio-housing is for this new cultural housing trend. However, in order to acquire bio-housing, performance standards are required to encourage proper design and development. This paper investigates current housing assessment systems for extract ideas of bio-housing assessment. Then, the items taken from the investigation are categorized into bio-housing elements such as healthy, high-performance and automated categories. The elements can be used for encouraging bio-housing design and construction.
