청년층의 창업교육이 창업의지에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구 : 문화, 관광 창업 교육을 수강한 대학생을 중심으로

Abstract

The increasing unemployment in youth ages makes the youth startup-business alternative solutions. The prejudices widely spreaded in this country and lacking in education have decreased the rates of youth startup-business and of employment. The startup-business by undergraduate school students is essential in starting business of youth ages. To succeed in establishing business in youth ages, the educations of startup-business should be stressed. This study analyzes and verified factors affecting the intentions of startup-business. The factors consist of individual psychology factors, educational factors, and intentional factors. Results of the study show that psychology factors of undergraduate students influence educational factors and intention factors. The results of the study could be utilized in improving the cognition on start-up businesses and in designing the contents of education.
