- Abstract
- 글로벌 금융위기 이후 대학은 창업 교육 활성화를 위해 창업 교과목 및 전공을 개설하고 있지만, 대학의 창업교육은 이론적 기반이 약하고, 체계성이 매우 낮은 실정이다. 따라서 창업교육의 체계성 및 효과성을 확보하기 위해서 본 연구는 대학창업교육의 교과 내용, 교과목 체계 및 교육 과정 개발 모형 등을 제시한다. 본 연구는 창업연구자그룹과 창업실무자그룹을 대상으로 2차에 걸친 델파이 방법론(delphi method) 및 계층적의사결정기법(AHP)를 활용하여 교과목체계, 교과내용을 도출한다. 교과목체계 및 교과내용을 바탕으로 본 연구는 대학창업 교육과정을 개발할 수 있는 모형을 제시한다. 본 연구는 대학 창업교육의 교과목을 체계적으로 설계할 수 있는 이론적 토대 및 교육과정 설계와 관련된 실무적 토대 및 시사점을 제시한다.
