Rasch 측정 모형을 활용한 유아 리더십 유형 검사 도구 타당화

Abstract

본 연구는 Rasch 측정 모형을 활용하여 유아 리더십 유형 검사 도구의 타당도를 검증하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 만 4세～만 5세 유아 313명을 대상으로 각 하위 유형별로 25개 문항으로 구성된 검사를 실시한 후, Rasch 측정 모형에서의 문항적합도, 표준잔차를 이용한 주성분 요인분석, 문항특성곡선, 평정척도 분석, 차별기능문항 분석, 분리 신뢰도, 분리지수, 층화지수를 구함으로써 검사 도구의 타당도와 신뢰도를 검증하였다. 유아 리더십 유형 검사 도구를 구성하고 있는 각 하위 유형별 문항들의 타당도를 검증하는 과정에서 타당도를 저해하여 제거 혹은 재검토가 필요한 문항들이 확인되었지만 전체적으로 유아 리더십 유형 검사 도구는 측정하고자 하는 심리적 구인인 유아의 리더십 유형을 적절하고 안정적이며 일관성 있게 측정해주는 타당한 도구임이 검증되었다. 이에 타당도를 저해하는 것으로 나타난 문항을 제외한 각 유형별 15개씩의 문항으로 구성된 유아 리더십 유형 검사 도구가 최종적으로 확정되었다.

The purpose of this study was to validate the leadership style rating scale for young children(LSRS-YC). For the purpose, LSRS-YC was applied to 313 young children aged four to five.Specially, The validation of LSRS-YC was tested within the framework of the content, substantive, structural, generalizible aspect of validity. To examine the validity of LSRS-YC, Rasch Measurement Model was used. The results showed that most of the items were appropriate for the leadership style for young children. Also, the reliability of LSRS-YC was tested in the context of Rasch measurement model. The results showed that the items of six subordinate styles possessed of reliability In conclusion, the leadership style rating scale for young children consisted of 90 items under the six subordinate styles and became a validated test tool with reliability and validity.
