Abstract
Recent fluctuations in the particulate matter level have had a substantial effect on the health and quality of life of people, which has become a big issue in society. As a part of measures to purify particulate matters, this study examined economic and efficient solutions to particulate matters through engineering approaches, and aimed to solve problems by designing the particulate matter precipitator attached to street lights and lighting equipment. Among the existing precipitation systems, the air cleaning system using filters is not recyclable and has a disadvantage of low economic efficiency. Therefore, a precipitator is designed by adopting a high efficiency electrostatic precipitation system.
