- Abstract
- 대퇴골 두 무혈성 괴사는 주로 젊은 환자에서 발생하는 질환으로, 대퇴골 두의 함몰과 고관절 파괴로 진행하기 전에 적절한 수술적 치료를 통해 관절을 보존할 수 있다. 본 종설은 대퇴골 두 무혈성 괴사에서 관절 보존을 위해 시행되는 여러 수술적 치료를 정리하였으며, 각 수술 방법의 특징과 주의점을 기술하였다.
