대학생들의 출산에 대한 인식: 도전으로 바라보는 출산

Abstract

Purpose : This study aims to explore college students ‘perspective on childbirth’. A series of in-depth interviews with various subjects were conducted, given at the end of this paper. Method : The research concentrated on such focuses' groups as the researchers found significant in terms of nursing science. The study was based on Strauss and Corbin' Grounded Theory(1988). Result : The theory showed that causal conditions are ‘unfamiliarity’ and ‘burdened’ and ‘joy’; that the core category turned out to be ‘A Formidable Task’; the contextual conditions proved out to be ‘happiness’, ‘stability’ and ‘will’; the intervening conditions, ‘social reality’, ‘support’, ‘milieu’ and ‘indirect experience’: the strategies of which are ‘investment’, ‘acceptance’ and ‘avoidance’: the conclusion shows ‘hopefulness’, ‘compromise with reality’ and ‘our of their reach’. The three patterns are ‘investment type’, ‘acceptance type’ and ‘avoidance type’. Conclusion: A detailed recommendation is given in the main part of this paper but the writer reemphasizes that unless major changes in social milieu concerning childbirth take place in the foreseeable future, their will know increase in childbirth.
