표준교육 커리큘럼 개발을 위한 사례연구: 중앙대학교 행정대학원 융·복합표준정책학과 사례 분석

Abstract

우리나라는 세계 산업사에 새로운 이정표를 쓴 국가이다. 지난 수십년간의 발전으로 이미 일부 산업분야에서는 우리나라 기업이 국제시장을 선도하고 있다. 하지만, 표준의 위상은 산업분야와 비교하여 상대적으로 낮은 평가를 받고 있다. 산업과 표준은 밀접하게 연계되어 있어 함께 발전되어야 한다. 중장기적 관점에서 표준분야가 발전하기 위해서는 국제적 위상을 가진 표준개발기관 배양과 이의 토대가 되는 표준인재양성이 필수적이다. 이러한 맥락에서 정부의 지원으로 본 융합표준정책학과가 설립되었다. 본 논문에서는 학과 설립의 전제가 되는 표준정책학과의 학문적 배경, 접근방법에 대하여 논의하였고, 입학생의 특성 및 미래의 방향에 대하여 토의하였다. 그 결과, 표준정책학과는 종합 학문적 배경을 가지고 있었으며, 접근방법도 기술적 접근방법, 활용적 접근방법으로 구분할 수 있었다. 이러한 학문적 특성에 맞추어 학습하여야 할 주제를 조사하고, 여러 개의 주제를 묶어 한 교과목으로 만들었다. 그리고 교과목의 내용에 따라, 공통과목, 전공필수, 전공연구, 전공선택으로 구분하였다. 여러 전문가의 의견을 반영하여 교과목을 개발하였지만, 주어진 시간의 한계 등으로 인하여 보완할 사항이 많다. 이러한 점은 다양한 분야의 교수진과 논의를 통하여 해결할 것이다.

Korea has a new milestone in world industrial history. In some industries, Korean companies are leading the international market. However, the status of standards is relatively low compared to the industry. Industry and standards are closely linked and need to be developed together. In the long run, the competitive standards development agencies and competent human resources is essential for the development of standards. In this context, with the support of the government, the Department of Convergence Standards Policy was established. In this paper, the academic background and approach of the standard policy department, which is the premise of the establishment of the department, were discussed, and the characteristics and future directions of the students were discussed. As a result, the Department of Standards Policy had a comprehensive academic background, and the approach could be divided into technical and practical approaches. As the Department of Standards and Policy Studies begins for the first time in Korea, there will be some items that need to be supplemented in the future, which will be resolved through discussions with faculty members in various fields.
