Abstract
A Luenberger observer is known to be very effective for a linear system. However, it is not easy to find a matrix such that for a multi-output Luenberger observer is asymptotically stable. In this paper, we find a MATLAB algorithm for this problem. Unlike the MATLAB program “place”, the program in this paper works for all multi-output cases.
