- Abstract
- 이 연구의 목적은 문재인 케어가 내세우는 지자체 직영 어린이집에서 겪은 보육교사들의 어려움을 분석하고 앞으로 사회서비스원의 보육서비스 정책들이 나아갈 방향을 탐색하는데 있다. 연구 결과, 보육청 소속 보육교사들은 안정된 임기 보장과 다양한 인사평가자들의 보육교사 채용, 보육교사 승진제도는 보육교사들의 근무환경을 혁신적으로 안정시키고 체계화한 부분에서는 앞선 보육정책으로 느끼고 있었다. 반면에 이에 반해 체계적인 인력 구축과 보육교사들의 고충과 고민들이 빠르게 반영되도록 좀 더 체계적인 방안의 마련될 것을 요구하였다.
