- Abstract
- 본 논문에서는 LCD 검사 장비 테이블의 정/동적 성능 개선을 위하여 고강성 복합재료를 이용한 알루미늄-복합재료 하이브리드 빔을 설계하였다. 이를 위하여 유한요소법을 이용한 정적 처짐 해석과 동특성 해석을 수행하였으며, 빔의 모드 실험을 통하여 해석 결과를 검증하였다. 또한 테이블 빔의 길이 증가에 따라 새로운 빔 구조를 제안하였다. 이를 위하여 빔 단면의 최적 설계 해석을 수행하였으며, 빔 접합부 최적 설계를 통하여 새로운 접합부를 제안하였다.
