- Abstract
- We have used Raman in id PL spectroscopy in order to quantitatively estimate the abundance of isolated CNT's m as-sonicated samples in 1)00 aqueous solutions and the survival late of isolated CN'1's during an ultracentrifuge process All the PL, intensities in the as-sonicated samples increased almost linearly as the amount, of CNTs in the 1 wt,% D00 solution of 50 nil increased up to 10 mg The abundance of isolated CNTs III the as-somcated samples was approximately 76%; and the survival late of isolated CNTs during the ultracentrifuge process was similar to 50% on aye, age
