Abstract
목적 : 이 연구는 판소리전공 여학생들이 고음의 높은 소음성을 스스로 가창 핸디캡으로 평가하는지알아보기 위하여, 가창음성핸디캡지수(singing voice handicap index, SVHI)와 국악 5음(F4, G4, A4, C5, D5)에 따른 소음성 간 상관관계를 살펴보았다. 방법: 평균 연령 23세(±2.36), 판소리 경력평균 11.95년(±4.02)으로 판소리전공 여학생 20명이 이 연구에 참여하였다. 실험절차는 SVHI를 먼저실시하고 5음에 따른 소음성 측정은 모음 /æ/로 실시하였다. 통계처리는 SPSS 20.0 프로그램을이용하여, 5음별 SVHI와 생리학적 소음성 관련 매개변수 EGG-NNE와 EGG-HNR, SVHI와 음향학적소음성 관련 매개변수 NNE와 HNR 관계를 각각 Pearson 상관계수로 분석하였다. 결과: 대상자의고음 C5, D5에서 SVHI의 신체항목과 소음변수 EGG-NNE, EGG-HNR, HNR 간 0.01 수준의 상관이있었다. 결론: 판소리 전공 여학생들은 고음 C5, D5 소음성이 높을수록 자신의 가창음성 핸디캡을높게 판단하였다. 본 연구는 판소리가 소음성을 크게 허용하는 음악 장르이지만, 고음의 높은 소음성은대상자 스스로도 가창 핸디캡으로 평가하고 있음을 객관적 수치로 제시하고 있다는데 의미가 있다. 또한 음성치료 현장에서 대상자의 SVHI 잠재적 적용을 확인할 수 있다는데 의미가 있다.
Purpose : The purpose of this study is to discover whether female students who major in pansori evaluate the high noise of the high tone vocalization as a handicap, and to identify the correlation between the singing voice handicap index (SVHI) and the noise level of the five traditional Korean notes (F4, G4, A4, C5, D5). Methods : Twenty females majoring in pansori with an average age of 23 years (± 2.36) and average learning period of 11.95 years (± 4.02) participated in the study. The experiment was performed with SVHI and then the noise of the five traditional notes was measured using the vowel /æ/. SPSS 20.0 program was used for statistical analysis. The relation between SVHI of the five notes and the parameters EGG-NNE and EGG-HNR related to physiological noise; the relation between SVHI and the parameters NNE and HNR related to acoustic noise were analyzed by Pearson correlation. Results : The SVHI of physical and noise level of EGG-NNE, EGG-HNR, HNR were significantly correlated at the high notes C5 and D5. Conclusions : Female majoring in pansori evaluated their singing voice handicap high when their SVHI was high at C5 and D5. Although pansori is a musical genre that allows considerably high noise, but subjects evaluated that too much noise at high notes was a handicap. It is meaningful that this study showed these findings with objective numbers. It is also meaningful that the potential application of SVHI of the subjects in the field of speech therapy was confirmed.
