Abstract
China argued through Northeast Project that Gojoseon belonged to Chinese history territorially as well as in the bloodline. An important basis that Gojoseon belonged to Chinese history in the bloodline is what Ham Heo-ja wrote in Tianyun Shaotong, “Gija came into Joseon, bringing 5,000 Chinese people”, citing Zhoushi (History of Zhou) and Tongdian. In other words, since as many as 5,000 Chinese people founded Gojoseon (Gija Joseon) jointly with the Ye Tribe, Gojoseon people have a close relationship with the Chinese people in the bloodline. Thus, the author would investigate and reveal whether or not the record on Gija and Gija Joseon in Tianyun Shaotong is true, which was presented as a proof that the Chinese race and the Korean race are closely related with each other in the bloodline. This study thoroughly investigated and analyzed all the records related to Gija and Gija Joseon prior to Ham Heo-ja’s record related to Gija and Gija Joseon included in Tianyun Shaotong. As a result, this study revealed that Ham Heo-ja’s record related to Gija and Gija Joseon included in Tianyun Shaotong were a fake history made up in the 15th century. As a result of this study, it is judged that it would be hard to distort the history that since the Gojoseon people are the race that the Chinese people Gija brought were combined with the Ye Tribe, Gojoseon belonged to Chinese history in the bloodline. In the future, the author will make a presentation of an in-depth study of the impact of Tianyun Shaotong on the Joseon society in the extension of this paper.
