- Abstract
- 한중 FTA가 체결되어 농산물에 대한 관세 등이 점차적으로 철폐된다고 할지라도 과세가격심사를 지속적으로 강화함으로써 국내 농산물 생산농가의 피해를 최소화하면서 피해를 입은 농가에대한 무역구제대책을 마련하고 저가신고로 인한 불법외화반출을 예방하기 위한 농산물 등에 대한과세측면에서의 다양한 방법을 연구하는 데 그 목적을 두었다.
