The targets include elderly women from two elderly care centers in Incheon who are at least70 years old and who have exercised for at least five years. The level of exercise perception strength level is in between 10 and 13. Difference among groups is analyzed with 7 in the exercise group (yoga) and 7 in the control group. The following conclusions are reached. The body composition did not show statistically significant difference, while the functional fitness had significant differencesn terms of Chair Sit-and-Reach (p<0.1) and Chair Sit-and-Reach (p<0.5.) Other elements did not show statistically significant differences. Of all the immune substances during the summer season, there was no statistically significant differences discovered. In this study, an adequate amount of Yoga exercise during summer turned out to help maintaining the immune during the season, while regular exercises over a prolonged period (5 years) did not cause any significant differences in terms of the body composition . The control group showed lower amount of immune substances during summer, which signified a higher immune sensitivity in the summer season.
