- Abstract
- Little is known about the nature of the academically structured sport coaching policy. This study provided a preliminary exploration of the international coaching policy in the global setting from the future coaching perspective. Coaching policies were found to vary widely both in terms of opportunities to coach and in the nature of the professional mission supported. Recommendations for coaching educators and future researchers are explored.
