글로벌 공급사슬의 위험관리요인과 대응방안 연구

Abstract

공급사슬의 글로벌화와 소비자 요구의 다양화 그리고 제품수명주기의 단축 등, 경영 환경이 급변함에 따라 기업의 경쟁요소 또한 급변하고 있다. 또한 이러한 글로벌 환경과 경쟁요소의 변화는 기업에게 공급사슬관리 내에서의 다양하고 새로운 위험에 직면하게 하는 주요 원인으로 작용하게 되었다. 급변하는 환경의 변화에 적응하고 위험요소들로부터 회피함으로써 성공적인 기업 활동을 영위하기 위해서는 기업의 내ㆍ외부에 존재하는 다양한 위험들을 신속히 인지하는 것뿐만 아니라, 위험의 해결방법을 개발하고 지속적으로 관리할 필요가 있다. 즉, 공급사슬의 위험관리에 대한 중요성이 더욱 필요하게 된 것이다. 본 연구는 확대된 불확실성 및 위험에 노출된 기업들이 효과적으로 위험관리를 수행할 수 있도록 전략적 방안을 제시함에 기여하는 것이 목적이다. 이를 위해 선행연구와 글로벌 공급사슬 위험관리에 대한 기업사례를 분석하고, 이를 바탕으로 글로벌 공급사슬 관리에서의 위험요인을 공급위험, 수요위험, 운영위험, 환경위험으로 정의하였으며 각 위험의 유형에 따른 효과적인 대처방안을 제시하였다.

Competition changes from a competition between companies towards one of entire supply chains especially driven by the globalization and the shortening of product life cycles. Nowadays companies face many critical challenges with regards to Supply Chain Management. Successful companies would identify and develop contingency plans for various risks that exist internally and externally to the organization. Therefore supply chain risk management is of importance for efficient supply chain management. In this paper, management strategies for global supply chain risk be developed. Starting from theoretical risk classifications such as supply risk, demand risk, operation risk and environment risk. Case studies are undertaken in order to find out key success factors for supply chain risk management. And then suitable global supply chain risk management strategies will be discussed.
