한국지방자치 연구경향분석 : 한국지방자치학회보 등재논문(2002-2010년)의 연구주제 방향성을 중심으로

Abstract

In this study, in order to discuss research direction of study on Korean Local Government that has researcher analyzed research trends of the Korean Local Government Review as the professional publication representing study on Korean Local Government. Summary of study result as follows. First, as the result of analyzing 314articles being registered in the Korean Local Government Review form 2002 to 2010,key-words of study were 1263. Among them, the core study key-words for research topics that appeared more than 4 times were 36 such as ‘local government’, ‘local self-government’, ‘local council’, ‘decentralization’, ‘local election’, ‘intergovernmental relations’ and etc. Second, in order to grasp internally hidden correlations between the research topics on the Korean local government research, the researcher analyzed social network. As the result, each research topic demonstrated systematic system, form 8independent areas respectively. Third, In research direction terms, the prestige centrality analyzed. As the result 'local self-government‘, ’local government‘, ’local authority‘,’evaluation‘, ’decentralization‘, etc. appeared to have Korean local government research central role. Such results of study are likely to be helpful in grasping the overall flow of study on the Korean local government and to contribute greatly to forming scholastic discourses about the direction of study on the Korean local government from now on.
